Please select your postage choice either 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery Next Day (International customers please select International Signed For from the drop down menu so that your country appears).

Packaging

 
All our orders are sent out packed safely in a padded envelope or boxed for larger bulk orders.

Shipping

United Kingdom deliveries typically take between 24 and 48 hours to arrive - please also allow 2 days for order processing. 

We will send an e-mail to let you know your order has been processed and despatched.  All Orders must be signed for at the point of delivery.

If an item is out of stock or requires personalisation then delivery may take up to 28 days. If there is likely to be any sort of delay with your order, we will notify you by email at the earliest opportunity to give you the choice of ordering an alternative item in stock, or refunding your purchase.

Shipping costs are clearly shown when you add an item to your shopping basket.

Nearly all orders arrive within a few days, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery of back-ordered or personalised items.  Courier delivery can be arranged for an additional cost.  Please contact us for further information.

Postage 

Jigsaw Puzzled 
orders to UK addresses are sent using either the Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery service dependent upon customer selection.

For customers based outside of the UK (including the Republic of Ireland) orders are generally sent via Royal Mail's International Signed For service. International customers wishing to order please contact us to check postage costs as due to the weight of some items the method of postage & associated costs will vary.

International customers who require urgent delivery are welcome to contact us prior to placing their order and we can advise of alternative postage costs via a suitable courier and make appropriate arrangements for you

Returns and Refunds

At Jigsaw Puzzled we like all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return your items to us within 7 days for a refund or exchange, less deduction for postage and card charges. The following terms apply:

1) Our returns policy is strictly 7 days

2) The item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled, perfumed or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer.

2) Refunds are subject to deduction of postage charges and a 2.5% card payment processing charge to cover card charges.

3) Orders cancelled within 24 hours of being placed are subject to a 2.5% charge to cover credit card fees.

4) You are entitled to return your item(s) to us in their original condition within 28 days of receiving your order for an exchange. This means that you can replace your original order with item(s) from our online shop up to but not exceeding the value of your original purchase. If items are to be exchanged for alternative goods a postage charge will apply for the re-sending of goods.

PLEASE NOTE:

We are not responsible for returned packages until they have actually been received, you are strongly advised to use a signed-for (tracked) delivery service when returning orders, we will not be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post.

We advise customers to bear in mind if they are returning items of value via Royal Mail, that Recorded Delivery has an insurance value of up to £34 only and Royal Mail Special Delivery service carries insurance up to the value of £500, losses or damage to items sent via normal post, or where items are not covered by Royal Mails insurance are sent at your own risk. Please ensure you keep your receipt as proof of postage.

To return an item to Jigsaw Puzzled please contact us first!

Once a customer support member has reviewed your request you will be emailed with confirmation of an authorised return and sent an RMA note. Please then print the RMA note, and attach it to the front of your package - this includes a return address and RMA number (this allows us to process your package promptly upon return).

All returns must have a valid RMA number in order to qualify for refund, Jigsaw Puzzled take no responsibility for unsolicited returns that do not follow the procedure specified.
